2023 United Community Scholarship Foundation Fundraiser
Since 1985, the heartfelt generosity of our community supporters has enabled 462 graduating United Local High School students to follow their dreams. The willingness of our supporters to invest in students futures has resulted in more than $432,000 worth of scholarships allowing our graduates to advance their education in college or in a trade to relentlessly pursue knowledge, skills, and experience.
We invite United High School Seniors to apply for a United Community Scholarship Foundation Scholarship. There are four different types of scholarships that you can apply for. You can apply for more than one.
All applications are due by March 22.
Fifteen people met in the fall of 1984 in the United High School library. Although they had diverse careers and interests, they had one common goal. That goal was to financially assist United High School seniors who wanted to attend college. By meeting frequently and working hard, the group founded and incorporated the United Community Scholarship Foundation on February 12, 1985.
